Dr. Shankar Pd. Sharma (Ph.D. Economics, University of Hawaii)/ Honourable Former Nepalese Ambassador to USA/ Former Vice-Chairman of National Planning Commission,Nepal.
He is the honorable former Nepalese Ambassador to USA. He was also the Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission, Nepal. He has published eight books (edited or authored) and more than fifty articles on the economy, energy and the environment of the Asia-Pacific region including Nepal.
Dr. Sharma has an extensive experience in government, international institutions and economic consultancy. Before joining the National Planning Commission about 8 years ago, he worked as a Senior Economic Advisor, Ministry of Finance, a Senior Economist in the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, Singapore and a Fellow in the East-West Center, Hawaii. He was an editor for about seven years to ASEAN Economic Bulletin and a consultant editor to Hydrocarbon Asia, both published from Singapore. He also served as a Professor of Economics in the Centre for Economic Development and Administration, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Dr. Sharma has had Fellowships from various academic and international institutions.
Interviews taken with him have appeared in the prestigious newspapers and magazines published from all over the world including, Asia Week, International Herald Tribune, Straits Times, Business Times (Singapore and Malaysia), New Straits Times, Bangkok Post, Forbes, Japan Times, Los Angeles Times and almost all newspapers and magazines published from Nepal.

Your Jung Dhoj Karki (M.A.-Pol.Sc, B.Com, B.L.) Former administrator, Government of Nepal .            
He spent 32 years in Nepal Civil Service. He worked as the Chief of the Personnel Administration and Internal Management Section of the Ministry of General Administration and as a National Project Director (NDP) in ASYCUDA project financed by World Bank and executed by UNCTAD. He also worked at different parts of the nation as different designation holder. Being a planning officer, he worked in the Ministry of Land Reforms and Management. He served as an officer In Planning Commission Secretariat. As Board Director, he was involved at Mid-Western Region Rural Development Bank, National Construction Company and Himal Cement Company. He worked at social welfare council, Town Development Fund Committee and Urban Development Project as a Board Member.. He was also Founder President of Nepal civil Servants Association. He is a life member for Friends' Club Kopundol.
Mr. Karki got trained on various subjects at different times in Japan, USA, Shree Lanka, Jordan, Canada, India, Nepal, Germany and Thailand. He was conferred with Prabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu-Class IV and Trishakti Patta. His articles got published in different magazines at different times. He has paid visits to India, Tibet, Sri-Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Jordan, Germany, Belgium, U.K. and U.S.A.

Dr. Krishna Chandra Paudel (Ph.D. in Agroforestry, Austria; M.Sc in environmental Forestry, U.K.)/   Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Government of Nepal
He was a former Secretary at different ministries of  Government of Nepal. He is a member at Forestry and Environmental Committee, and Nepal Academy of Science and Technology. As National Project Director, he is at INBAR/ DFRS. He has been at many Biodiversity projects as a Technical Advisor. He worked as forestry Research and Forest officer to Government of Nepal. He was a Research Fellow at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Vienna as a Biodiversity officer at Ministry of Forests and Soil conservation. He has had over 20 years of experience in Forestry and Biodiversity research and development.
Dr. Paudel has presented many research papers and attended different seminars. His papers were presented, especially in Choerospondias axillaries (Lapsi) a fruit tree in Nepal. He visited   many countries on his paper presentations and seminars inclusive of United Kingdom and USA.
